All of our plants are collated, inspected and packed by hand and should arrive at their destination in good condition. However, if you have reasonable cause for dissatisfaction, simply notify us within 14 days of receipt via the Returns Page and we will offer a replacement or refund. Any damage, shortage or pilferage must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of the order. Damaged goods must be retained for inspection.
You may cancel your order at any time with a full refund by emailing us or by calling on 01568 797747 (leave message if necessary). If we have already despatched your order we unfortunately will not be able to stop the delivery process.
